brandom consult d.o.o. is looking for a Payroll Clerk (m/f) to join our team in Krapina and participate in the daily processes of payroll and administration related to employment relations. 📊

If you have experience in payroll, are well-versed in relevant regulations, and like to work precisely, organized, and responsibly – we would like to meet you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• checking documentation submitted for salary calculation
• calculating salaries and other income (bonuses, fees, compensation)
• preparing and timely submitting prescribed reports to state and authorized institutions, which relate to salary calculation and payment
• monitoring legal changes and regulations in the field of labor, taxes and contributions

The ideal candidate for this position meets the following requirements:

• minimum secondary education
• at least 1 year of work experience in the same or similar jobs
• knowledge of relevant laws (on labor, on income tax, on mandatory health insurance)
• advanced computer skills (especially Excel)
• preferable knowledge of English
• communication skills and a tendency to work in a team
• analytical and focused on results and quality
• meticulousness, thoroughness and promptness
