Due to our growing workload and the continued development of our team, we are opening two positions for Junior Accounting Trainees who want to start or further develop their careers in accounting with the support of experienced mentors.

We are looking for responsible, reliable, and motivated individuals who are eager to learn and gain practical experience through everyday work with different clients and business situations.

What will you be doing?

As a Junior Accounting Trainee, you will provide administrative and operational support to your accounting mentor while gradually taking on a variety of accounting tasks.

Your responsibilities will include posting incoming and outgoing invoices and bank statements, reconciling accounting documentation, filing and archiving documents, and assisting in the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to financial institutions.

Through your daily work, you will also become familiar with other bookkeeping and accounting processes, gaining valuable hands-on experience for your future professional development.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, a minimum of secondary school education is required, along with good knowledge of MS Office and a Category B driving licence.

We are looking for candidates who are reliable, responsible, communicative, well-organised, and able to maintain a confident and professional approach to their work.

Basic knowledge of English and German at A2 level is desirable.
