BD Savjetovanje Ltd. is currently looking for a new team member! We are hiring a Payroll Specialist (m/f).
Main responsibilities include:
- Checking documentation submitted for payroll calculation
- Payroll calculation and processing of other income (bonuses, fees, allowances)
- Preparation and timely submission of required reports to state and authorized institutions related to payroll calculation and disbursement
- Continuous monitoring of relevant laws and regulations
The ideal candidate for this position meets the following requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma
- At least one year of work experience in similar or related positions
- Knowledge of relevant laws (Labor Law, Income Tax Law, Mandatory Health Insurance Law)
- Advanced computer skills (especially Excel)
- Desirable knowledge of the English language
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Analytical mindset and focus on results and quality
- Attention to detail, thoroughness, and timeliness
